For purchases under A$120 within Australia:

Australia Post Standard (Unregistered): $7.00

Australia Express Post (Next Day) Delivery: $10.00*

Australia Post Registered: $7.00^

International: Shipping prices vary according to the country of destination and weight, and will be what Australia Post charges. We do not include any further charges.

†Every $120.00 spent qualifies for ONE free standard shipment. If multiple shipments are requested, the extra shipping charges will be applied (we will discuss it with you first, however). Express Post shipments for orders over $120.00 will attract a $3.00 Express Post surcharge.

* Australia Post Express is guaranteed overnight delivery for most metropolitan post codes. However, some areas are not on the next business day network. We can inform you as to whether you are on the next-day network or not.

^ Registered Post requires signature upon delivery. This is our preferred method of delivery for business addresses; however, please note that parcels will be taken to the local post office if nobody is present to sign for the parcel upon delivery.

***For larger orders (greater than 5kg or more than 10 copies), we may have to pass on additional shipping costs. In these cases we will attempt to ship via the Fastway courier service. However, some outlying areas will have to be shipped with TNT or Australia Post, and extra charges may be applicable. This predominantly relates to regional WA, NT, and Tasmania. We will contact you if any additional charges are expected***

When can I expect my order to arrive?
If the order is received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) and all items are in stock, the order will be processed immediately and shipped it out the same day. The time of arrival depends on your nominated location and delivery type:

What if I'm not home when the books are delivered?

Registered Post requires signature upon delivery. Australia Post couriers should leave a calling card if nobody is home to sign for the parcel, and it will be taken to the local post office for collection.

Standard and Express Post parcels may be left at your address, or they may be taken to the local post office for collection. If so, Australia Post will leave a notification at your address informing you of where to collect the parcel.
